In this hands-on 2-hour workshop, students will explore the sweet side of chemistry by experimenting with heat, water, and acids to see how different candies react. Using the Scientific Method, they’ll form hypotheses, run controlled tests, and analyze real data as they investigate solubility, melting points, and surprising sugar-based reactions.
