LEGO Robotics Junior Workshop

Jump into the world of robotics with our LEGO® Robotics Junior Workshop, designed especially for curious builders ages 5–9! Beginning March 24th, students will explore robotics using LEGO® SPIKE™ Essential — building fun, interactive models that move, react, and come to life through coding.
This hands-on workshop introduces young learners to real STEM concepts in an age-appropriate, creativity-driven environment. Each week, students will build a new model, motorize it, and program it using simple block-based coding. From spinning mechanisms to moving creatures and smart machines, kids will learn how robots think and respond using sensors.
No prior robotics experience is required. This class is perfect for beginners and young engineers ready to explore.
What Students Will Learn
- Foundations of robotics and simple engineering

What We’ll Do Each Week
- Build a new LEGO SPIKE Essential model

Each 90-minute session blends guided instruction, hands-on building, coding time, testing, and reflection in a supportive and encouraging setting designed specifically for younger learners.
